SST-IIO is a registered non-governmental organization working to uplift and empower all youth—both males and females—through skill-building, mentorship, and community initiatives. We strive to ensure no one is left behind, especially young women who often face additional social and economic barriers.

“I was directionless after school. My family couldn’t afford college, and I had lost hope. One day, I came across SST-IIO’s community camp. I met Shri Sandeep Shukla Sir personally—he listened patiently and guided me like an elder brother. Through SST-IIO, I received a scholarship and career counselling. Today, I’m in my second year of BCA and also teaching computer basics to girls in my village.”
